The series of works that the painter Massimo Pantani dedicates to Pinocchio was born from the desire to restyle the classic iconography of the famous puppet, with respect for tradition experienced not as a limitation but as a starting point to create a new style.
The original lithographs and watercolors tell of the artist's creativity and imagination; his works are dreamlike images that lead us through a fairy-tale journey, from which it is very easy to be enchanted and seduced.
The print was made using the photolithography technique on Tintoretto cardboard and is finished very elegantly with an ivory bevel-cut passepartout.
